any or all available web sites, our Gateway System is a good one. Sit
down with me for 30 minutes so you can be sure I know exactly what you
want. Then communicate with me cell phone, e-mail or fax.
- Get
Pre-Qualified with a mortgage broker and get his Pre Qualified Letter.
- Visit
your preferred properties and make an Offer (PA) for the best one.

I will prepare the paper work, and make the offer presentation for you. I will negotiate for you to get the best deal we can. After we have an agreement I will continue to follow all aspects of the transaction up to and including the closing.
